We started as landlords. We became agents because we needed one.

I self-managed my own portfolio for 13 years because I could not justify handing it to someone who would treat it worse than I would.
Eventually it grew too big for one person. Cal quit his job to join me and we built the thing we had always wished existed. NUVO launched in 2021 - not as a theory, as a system we had spent years building on our own properties.
